Terms & Conditions
• All freight rates are in New Zealand Dollars.
• We aim to dispatch all orders overnight and with notification before 10 am the day prior.
• We distribute to the North & South island of New Zealand only.
• You will receive a phone call when we receive your order.
• Your order will not be dispatched until payment is received.
• Items to rural destinations incur additional fees. If this is the case, you will be contacted by one of our team to discuss this.
While we make every effort to maintain sufficient stock, at times items sell out or delivery delays occur beyond our control. Should the item you ordered not be in stock we will contact you to advise when the item will be available. You have the option to cancel your order should this occur and we will refund your payment.
We must receive your order and payment before 10 am to send the casket overnight for delivery the next day. Rural deliveries may differ. Urgent delivery the next day (Special Service Request) incurs an extra charge.
If your purchase is being delivered you are required to be available to receive and sign for it. Collecting from the freight office is also an option.
Credit and debit cards (Visa & MasterCard) are currently the only forms of payment accepted for online purchases on The Natural Funeral Company website or you can pay via internet banking directly into our bank account. The Natural Funeral Company 06-0145-0224814-00
We allow pick up from The Natural Funeral Company. Please select the Pick-up from shop option on check out. One of our team members will be in touch with you once the order is received.
Returns & Damage:
We have a no returns policy. If damage occurs in transit you must provide photographic evidence & contact us within 24 hours.

We may collect personal information from you when you agree to take a service from us and may include your contact details, address, payment method and possibly bank details
What we will do:
We may use personal information about you when you telephone or email us to make an enquiry.
What we won’t do:
We will not send you communications that you do not expect to receive as part of your relationship with us or disclose your personal information (unless authorised to do so) nor sell/rent contact information lists to parties who are not part of our business
Use of information:
We may disclose information we hold about you to third parties where The Natural Funeral Company has contracted those third parties for the purpose of providing services you have requested; as part of the process of sale of one or more of our items.
Credit card details:
In line with credit card data security standards when you pay The Natural Funeral Company using a credit card on line, or at our premises, your credit card information is not stored by The Natural Funeral Company.
This Policy applies to personal information held about individuals. It does not apply to information we hold about companies and other organisations.
